We get into the journey to advising and negotiating for game companies and creators at all levels, before taking a tour around several key legal topics.
We discuss indie contracts with jakefriend, before talking about the mistakes that content creators often make when it comes to the legal side of their business. We also get into the recent high-profile video game acquisitions and what they could mean for the future of the industry.
And we almost make it to the end of the episode without mentioning the Metaverse and NFTs…but we’ll leave that discussion for a later episode!
