Imagine More Growth.

Creativity isn’t magic, and it’s more important than ever that we hold on to it. Our workshops deliver creative and professional development workshops for young people and adult learners — in schools, corporate offices, and community spaces.

Young people lack structured opportunities to develop creative thinking during their education, and that gap doesn’t close when they enter the workplace. We work to fix that — from the classroom to the boardroom.

What we’ve found in every room we’ve worked in — from school halls to company settings — is that people want to think more creatively. They just haven’t been given the space to do it properly. We create that space. Our sessions are structured enough to deliver lessons, but open enough for discovery, and always tailored to the people in the room.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

▼  What age groups do your workshops and talks cater to?

We work from upper primary all the way through to secondary, college, university, and postgraduate level — and with adult learners and corporate teams too. We adapt the content, tone, and format based on the group and their ability, so the session always feels right for the room.

▼  Can you work with organisations outside the education sector?

Absolutely. Our youth workshops, motivational talks, and Motivational Maps profiling are all available to both education and corporate clients. Whether you’re a school, a charity, a business, or a leadership team — if you want to develop creative thinking and unlock what drives your people, we can design something that fits your context.

▼  Are your school workshops aligned to the curriculum?

Our talks and sessions are Gatsby Benchmark-aligned — supporting Benchmark 5 (encounters with employers) and Benchmark 7 (encounters with further and higher education). We design sessions with clear learning objectives and real takeaways, not just a fun activity.

▼  What topics do your workshops and talks cover?

Sessions span manga drawing and visual storytelling, creative careers and the path less travelled, diversity in gaming, creative problem solving, and resilience. Every session is tailored to the audience and can be adapted for assemblies, classroom sessions, CPD days, or leadership programmes.

▼  What is Motivational Maps and how does it fit with your work?

Motivational Maps is a psychometric profiling tool that identifies what genuinely motivates individuals — whether that’s students or team members. We’re licensed practitioners, and we use it to help organisations align development opportunities with what actually drives their people.

▼  Can you deliver workshops and talks outside London?

Yes — we’re based in London but deliver across the UK. Travel and accommodation costs may apply depending on location, and we’ll always be upfront about that in our proposal. Get in touch with your date and location and we’ll work out what’s possible.
